Well I have just bought 4 bantam chicks.  One Austrolorp, One Silkie and two Light Sussex.  They have just hatched and as I had a broody hen I have put them under her.  I just hope she doesn't decide to attack them but so far so good and I'll have a broody box ready just incase they need to be taken away.  Fingers crossed!

Well chicks are all still alive and cheeping    Mother broody has accepted them and is quite protective now.  Unfortunately I haven't been able to get a picture yet as they head straight back under mother.  I will try again later
