Potatoes - Are they Ready ???

Hi all,

I'm current growing potatoes - main crop i think.
There in old style bins / large water barrels / potato planter bag things.

The foiliage is really large / green / thick at present and it's flowering.

Now i understand the rule is normally to let the foiliage to die back etc.

BUT, that would mean i get all my pots in one go.

Can i start digging some up now - or will they still be too small

If not whats the best way of sotring them for as long as possible ?
