not dug any of mine yet but they look great,i also sown white gem and tender n true,will let thee know the outcome

I think it was last year or the year before that the tops died off on some of mine quite early and grew back again  :?

I normally would have left it until later, but as I said curiosity got the better of me as the foliage looked so good & the shoulders really broad.

Mind you, I've had 2" parsnips with broad shoulders in the past!

It certainly is a big one!!!!!

We've been eating some of ours, but I really want to save the rest until the frosts get to them, and to make sure I have some for Christmas!
