Jubilee strawberries from seed?
« on: June 28, 2011, 17:07 »
My OH bought some Jubilee strawberries from M&S recently and they were the best tasting ones I've had in a long time. I have Googled for suppliers of runners but can't find any. Can they be grown from the seeds on the outside of the berry?
I work very hard so don't expect me to think as well.

I believe that this is the variety:

From what I can gather by Googling is that it's only available to grow by retailers under licence from Driscolls.

You can try saving the seed, but if it's an F1.................................
Did it really tell you to do THAT on the packet?
