I know there are lots of videos and info out there regarding preparing table birds but am desparate to get first hand experience Only problem is all courses seem to be down south. Anyone know of anything further north? I am in Lincolnshire but am willing to travel 1 hour to hour and half

Hi Tiggersmate, my Brian would be willing to show you how to dress your birds, only problem is, at the moment we don't have any birds to do!

Don't suppose you have any of your own?

Brian is a licensed poultry slaughterman.

OOh thank you may take you up on that I haven't any ready yet either just pre-empting but if  there is anyone local who would be willing to let me watch them next time they do one of theirs I would appreciate it.
