Shrivelled looking comb

Another of our hens has gone broody and she's not looking in best condition. Her comb looks like it's shrivelling up and has a chalky-looking patch on it. Has anyone seen anything like this and what would you recommend? :?

age . and isolation for now .give her a feed of dandelion leaves and a wormer

Sorry forgot to mention she's only 32 weeks. But I'll worm her and give dandelions and hope she improves. Thanks for tip and good wishes. Also did you once say putting them in water breaks them out of broodiness :?:
