bare always means naked.............for everything else use bear

Went to see my lovely little bit of land today, needs a bit of work but i'm looking forward to it! (may not feel that way when my back is crippling me lol)

Hi Foxi   Lovely views of Guisborough hills from your plot.  i am just down the road at Nunthorpe, don't have a plot but have hens in our garden.  Have an Aunty and Uncle in Guisborough and they had an allotment for years but had to give it up due to ill health.  Theirs was near the Police Station, yours is near Sainsburys by the looks of your photos.  Good luck with your new plot.

It certainly is!
The plots near the station have about a three year waiting list, couldn't wait that long i got mine in about five days!
I'm looking into keeping hens at the moment while i weed weed and better weed!

You have the right weather for weeding.  I usually give the ground a good soak the night before weeding if I know it has been dry for as long as it has lately.  You can borrow my hens to do some ground clearing - they are experts at it!!!
