dose anyone have pics of eel worm ? are they very small cos i have got lotts of worm in my soil and have allways thought worms were good , how do you tell the good from the bad?

Very small and almost transparent - nothing like earthworms at all

They are microscopic nematodes. If you can see it, it's not an eelworm.
