... the nails that is, they're not french manicured up.  It was all the calcium as a child, farmer's daughter that's me!

I just scrub the bejaysus out of my hands when I've finished on the allotment and I wear gloves most of the time.  And I have to take supplements to counteract the drugs I have to take, and I will admit that they help ...
