What can be eating my cabbage

Little holes have started appearing in my savoy cabbage which otherwise looks deliciously healthy - they're about the size of a sweetex sweetener.

And whatever it is what do I do to stop it

yo can get a bug spray for all the bugs matey . ask at your local garden store
