Kale or Spinach, the former is pretty much bullet proof over the winter (in the South anyway).

Don't think you can get away with leek or sprouts from seed but i stand to be corrected.
Kale, spinach, radish, turnip, corn salad, lettuce, spring cabbage all worth a go.

sprouts in the greenhouse till they come on and harden em off aforte planting out same for leeks , you can put a cut in half soda bottle over them in a pot this increases the growth rate  :wink:
