Is that right, can you put leeks and sprouts in now? From seed? Sorry to question your wiseness, I just don't want to have my hopes dashed.

Kale or Spinach, the former is pretty much bullet proof over the winter (in the South anyway).

Don't think you can get away with leek or sprouts from seed but i stand to be corrected.
Kale, spinach, radish, turnip, corn salad, lettuce, spring cabbage all worth a go.

sprouts in the greenhouse till they come on and harden em off aforte planting out same for leeks , you can put a cut in half soda bottle over them in a pot this increases the growth rate
