Short and sweet question

Can you keep bantams with 'normal' sized birds?
11 Chickens (Rhode Rock, Bluebell, Copper Black, Columbine, Coucou, Mystery Hen, Clarance Court, Araucana, brown hen ) , 3 Cats (1 mog, 1 bengal, 1 Bengal x),  2 Little Boys, 1 dog (Golden Retriever) and 1 Husband

yes, I have Belgium's, Sabelpoots and silkie crosses free ranging with large fowl chickens and guinea fowl.
Staffies are softer than you think.

Yes you most defiantly can, we have half a flock that are bantams and half LF, and the head hen is Dun dun Duuunnn you guessed it a Bantam  :D a Barnevelder Bantam actually.  We have a HUGE blue Orpington and she is very low on the Pecking order. Size doesnt seem to mean much to chickens lol.

HF!!!  ::)  :tongue2: you are on form!

I haven't had any problems with keeping bantams with large fowl.  Sometimes on cold nights I would find my Sabelpoots cuddled under my Marans, like they were her chicks... soo cute!
