After 9 months one of our three grils has blessed us with our first egg.  Sadly my nephew found it rather rthan my daughter or I (and he wasn't remotely excited so it was wasted on him!)  Lets hope the first isn't the last!

I remember out first egg.  My youngest had it, because his brother had given the chickens the pudding he couldn't eat and was waiting until later.....he was not popular!!

We had a second egg! but by the time we got to it a rabbit had already sat on it and smashed it.
The first egg is still sitting in the kitchen, apparently we're not allowed to eat it until my grandma has been round to see it!

now pictures are way beyond my ability but the demanding daughter may oblige.  We have had a third egg so the two unsmashed ones are going to be boiled for tea tonight- we are ridiculously pleased!
