Have only had my chickens for a couple of months and this morning I noticed that clucky was limping.  I held her while my husband had a look at her foot but there doesn't seem to be anything wrong with it.  She is still laying and seems perfectly okay apart from her limp    Has anyone else had a chicken with a limp?  Need some advice

She may have jumped down from the perch and landed awkwardly.... or may have an infection in her foot???

Have a feel of her limbs simultaniously and see if there is one part warmer than the other... indicating infection, or if she flinches if you gently palpate the joints

Thanks for the advice   Will try and catch her tonight and have a look.  She's pretty quick for a chicken with a bad leg!!!
