Is prison the answer?

Hi all,
We have been having bullying from one our blackrocks towards the 2 hens that have come out of coops from their chicks.  We put the older chicks in the large coop yesterday and Bernie the bully is attacking them.  Would it help if we put her into isolation until the rest of the flock settled?  Any advice would be very welcome as watching them running away from her distressed and squarking is quite upsetting.
