would agree, equal parts plain flour, eggs, milk and Salt and pepper (normally use a cup to measure and four eggs fill a cup which is more than most recipes state)  fat as hot as the oven will allow and you cant go wrong
3 dogs, 8 chickens, 4 rabbits 2 guinea pigs, 10 quail, 2 fish and a demanding daughter who has gone to uni and left me with 29 animals to care for!!=)

I had a calour gas oven when I lived in a mobile home and it was fine for yorkies, so I'd give the extra egg recipe a go.....but don't put equal amounts of salt in!!!

Do a 'proper' Yorkshire pudding - a solid, golden-brown slab that you eat with gravy first before the rest of the main course.  It's great cold with jam, too!  :)

Although you need a hot oven you really need to give the batter a really good beating to get the air into it. Failure to do this will result in a flat pud......

make some at home and then freeze them to take away with you, I never find caravan ovens get hot enough for the fat to get smoking hot  :(
Staffies are softer than you think.

The roast veg are good and jacket spuds infact everything else is fine. I beat the batter the same as at home they often touch the top I guess once I find the problem they will be ok.I guess i'm used to a fan oven.

I have a very tiny freezer not enough room to store no point in a microwave we're not always on mains.

Would have to agree with all of the above.  Equal quantities flour. eggs and milk, s&p.  I add a dash of malt vinegar too.  To give my puds a head start I put the tin on the gas/electric stove top to get the oil smoking hot and add the batter to that.  It must sizzle and rise as soon as it touches the oil.  Then I put it in the oven at maximum temp.

Cheese makes everything better.
