I'm always amazed at how robust little chicks are
If she comes off and leaves any that i think might hatch i'll put them under another empty broodie just in case

We took her off this morning and put them all into a cosy little coop Silly me didn't count the chicks but think there must be about 12.   
1 chick was newly hatched this morning and still a bit damp, the rest were fluffballs She's kept them all inside under her today,   they have chick crumbs and water in the coop.  Should think she'll bring them out tomorrow
2 eggs left in the nest were both non starters.
