Fruit I can plant now

Having had some success this year (year 2 of my plot) with fruit - raspberries, redcurrants, gooseberry etc - but had an abysmal failure with cabbages and peas, I am going to give more of my plot to fruit I think. It also fulfils my wife's suggestion that we should grow stuff that is expensive to buy.

I was wondering if anyone knew of fruit trees/bushes etc that could be planted now for next year?

You can buy sacks of carrots or potatos or onions if you have a mind,
You cant buy sacks of strawberries
