I've inherited a tin full of about 60 packets of veg seeds tonight, very excited who knew there were so many types of radish??!!  I can see I inherited my seed buying addiction from my dad

Anyways, there are 6 packets of camomile in there, the packets dont have a lot of info on them & it seems they are more for decorative use & for fragrance, but doea anyone know is camomile edible?or can you make a tea with it??

One of my friends has a small raised bed made at about the height of a bench.  They have sown it with camomile and use it as a seat which is soft under the bottom and smells amazing every time you wiggle your bum.  It can also be used as a small area of lawn or planted between paving so that when you walk on it the amazing scent is released.  You can also then cut it whenever you want some for tea or to add to a fruit jam.

I believe that the chamomile for lawns is the non flowering variety and it's the flowers that you make the tea with

You can also harvest the foliage, dry it and make herb pillows from it - very soothing, and smells better than hops!
