I have a load of brassicas to get in but I forgot to lime (it needs it!).  If I lime now and plant them in say, a months time, is that too soon?  Will it damage the crop?

Hi cynthia and welcome to the forum.

no, it won't hurt and a lot of folks actually put a scattering of lime into the planting holes if they have club root in their soil, so it does no harm
