How'd you manage to get agricultural roundup?

See linky for MSDS....

http://www.barclay.ie/uk/agriculture-products/herbicides/gallup-360.aspx

Consider the strength of that compared to standard garden store stuff.....

http://www.roundup-garden.com/files/rp_1ltr.pdf

360g/l compared to 7.2g/l  :nowink:

My daughters partners mother got hold of some gallup. She sprayed the weeds and a mature Acer in front of their rented house. Killed all the weeds and the Acer, landlord not at all pleased.
It all depends what you put into the ground, to what you get out

Well farmers spray wheat off with it to dessicate it before harvest and they harvest the grain quite safely. You'd better check the label for any harvest period though to be sure....

It says 14 days for OSR so maybe a fortnight harvest period is a safeish bet?

Glyphosate is only dangerous to plants on contact and it takes a fair amount of chemical and time to build up any residual activity in the soil. 14 days after spraying should be quite safe to plant in again.
