Blue busy lizzie

I bought some Impatiens "Sky Blue"last year at a price because they were still under patent. There was a warning not to propagate it in any way (ho ho) Anyway....forgot to take cuttings so enjoyed them all summer/autumn (fantastic show) cleared the dying plants and forgot about it.
Today I found 15 seedlings in various weird places round the garden (where chickens can't get to) and potted them up. I've noticed more coming as well!
What's the chance that they're blue, then?
