Hi all,
Just a bit of an update for anyone interested. We went to visit Sandy at Chicken crazy in Wickenby today and see her birds. Sandy has a lovely set up with beautiful birds at all stages of development.
                 We are now looking at maybe taking some chicks to raise under a lamp before moving them on to our chicken enclosure so I am scouring this site and others for as much information as I can at the moment!

Any advice regarding heat lamps ( can they be home made? ) and boxes/ cages etc would be great.
