i have a few left over seed spuds 1st's 2nd's and a few main crop spuds, would i be ok to put these all in 1 row and harvest at main crop time? they are all pretty much similar ie not salad / jacket/ chip type all mixed up

If you have got the space, plant them! (There is nothing to lose, and you can't eat them as they are!)

I was just going to say the same.
You can dig them up when the foliage dies off.

I planted my 'extras' in tubs and bags and popped them in the greenhouse - they are doing brilliantly.
