Just to give you all an update .... I couldnt face the idea of taking on a whole plot (in addition to my half a plot and have just heard from the parish clerk and he has agreed in principle that I can have half of the plot next to mine .... just waiting for him to sort out the paperwork in the next week or so ... so excited!!
