Kohl Rabi eat as Sprouting Broccoli ?

I've got some Kohl Rabi that I planted in a col greenhouse late last Autumn - its plumped  up nicely (probably woody in fact, will tell you tomorrow, having some for supper tonight!) but its started to throw up some flowers florets that look just like PSB.  Can I / Should I cook them as PSB?

Indeed, but the flower "buds" look just like PSB ... and its a member of the Brassica family, so can't I eat the flowers just like PSB?

I'm planning on eating the tender top stems of my kale (about to go over but I've nipped off the flower heads) in the same way. Shall we synchronise watches and chomp at the same time?
