to late to sow leeks?

I have some spare leek seeds, I'm just wondering if it's too late to sow them and stick them out later on?

its never too late to try. i have proved many timing theories wrong since getting plot in nov.

depends on how big you want them i would say its a tadge too late now for propper leeks,realy you should be thinking about planting them out around now

Plant them anyway; smaller leeks are far more edible than no leeks.

i have the same problem here we have some spare leeks what really need to go out but we have no room in the garden

we had some whoppers last year and also some small ones which we put out a lot later than we should have done

and to be honest the small ones were better tasting,yummy cooked off quick with butter and pepper
