I have Aylesbury's and they are nearly full grown now.  How much food each per day should they have as they always seem hungry.  I give poultry pellets and crushed Barley as a treat.  I met a guy who breeds ducks for meat and eggs and he recommended the Barley.

slowef, i feed my ducks a 50/50 mix of wheat and layers pellets, morning and evening, 1 pint, each feed between five birds, and they seem to thrive and lay well on it

Ok thanks, I am probably right then they are young and growing so bound to have good appertites.

I also give them some greens as a treat and they eat dirt and mud I assume to get their crop digestive thing sorted, tried grit but they seem to prefer to dig in the garden.

I just scatter a handful of grit on the ground for them every now and again
