I suspect the "frost-free" storage recommendation is to avoid the container splitting.

If the solutions have not formed a precipitate (especially one which does not dissolve again when warmed up) I would go ahead and use them.
Sow your seeds, plant your plants. What's the difference? A couple of weeks or more when answering possible queries!

If you have a look it also says don`t store in hot places but i think most people leave it in the green house. :)
As said before give it a good shake and if it does not look quite right use it on a less important crop and buy new.

I hadn't thought that it might be due to the package splitting. It looks ok to me...I think I'll go ahead. cheers  :)

You'll find manufacturers store products like this all winter in huge unheated hangars and warehouses,  no different to your plastic greenhouse in internal temperature.  Doesnt bother them :D

Must admit I've forgotten all sorts of fertilizers and glyphosphate in my garage, which freezes to -25C every winter, and everything is still useable. Like someone pointed out, it's the containers that you need to watch for as they'd likely split if the contents froze solid. Just give the product a good shake before using and you should be fine.
