For a while ive had a fox come calling to watch my girls in their pens they just blanked him.
Today i found him Dead. What do you think
1 my girls have a killer stare,
2 he waited to long for a meal not forthcoming and starved to death
or any other suggestions
whatever the reason all good news

was it shot ? he could of been a sick fox theres many reasons why it died ,not matter how much i adore foxes i had to laugh at what u put about the not forthcoming meal and straved to death .
if hes been visitng for a while an there was no sign of  breaking into the run  then u can proably rest assure your run is fox proof .

No sign of injury on fox the wire  mesh on the pens is so thick can only cut with angle grinder. Have fed pizza crust but they dont like it.

If the fox has been making a nuisance of itself elsewhere, maybe someone has been putting out poisoned meat for it.
