i hav just had a double yoker off my duck, is this quite usual?? i know that you can have them off chickens now and then cause my older chicken now and then throws one out but from a duck i have never heard of it.  :lol:

I had one duck that laid nothing but double yolkers for the first month but then settled down. Not uncommon in young birds.

I have a quail that lays double yolkers every day..... Cant work out which one it is though :(

They weigh 22g rather than the usual 9-10g and are massive!!!  Poor little thing :(
