I have grown some of these from seed this year and am just planting them out now they are several inches tall.
Anyone grown them before ...? any advice?  They seem to grow in similar manner to tomatoes... presume they will need staking?

I've only eaten them.  This restaurant in Mexico City served tortilla chips as a starter with green salsa (tomatillo, cilantro, onion, garlic, epazote (I think) and goodness knows what else).  It was bl**dy lovely.
