One of my two hens has never been as good a layer as the other.
Mavis has laid quite a few soft-shelled eggs, and missed more days than Pickle.

Before Christmas, both hens slowed down their laying and stopped altogether for a few days when the first cold hit.
Anyway, Pickle started laying again, sporadically at first but now every day.

Mavis hasn't laid since early-mid December!
Both hens are about 18 months old.

I would just make sure she has enough grit, you could give her a little cod liver oil as a boost.

They all lay at different rates even when from the same hatch. I would just do as Chuckmum says and ensure they have enough calcium i :)e crushed oyster shell
