I've just posted a thread on "seedling onions" by Michael D. Anyone still interested in using chemicals to (try to)irradicate onion white rot might be interested in having a read.

I'm afraid as using armillatox or jayes fluid on the soil contravenes the regulations we cannot recommend it or allow discussion on these forums
