Garlic Rust?

I need help guys! My garlic is covered in orange spots, the spots are oval and have a line in the middle and appear on both sides of the leaves - is this rust? Will I have to destroy the whole crop?

Thank you gwiz! I was worried as it is next to my onions ( which haven't got it) I feel SO much better now!

Yes,do not panic,the worst is that the dried stems when plaited will have small black dots on them and the garlic will be perfect.

Thanks Annie - I did dig one up this morning just to see what it was like and it looks ok - I'll leave them a bit longer now that you all say it's ok, but should I remove the worst affected leaves and burn them?

Leave them and harvest when the other leaves go yellow.
