Posted my order to Kings last week and got a confirmation post card yesterday. I don't think they do emails. The card has my reference number and details of despatch.

I have yet to receive any acknowledging email when ordering from Kings website, the goods always turn up though fairly promptly though.

I don't think they "do" email.

Just to add complexity to the subject.... and not a decent response at all (sorry)...

I use Kings seeds but get mine from a middle-man who buys in bulk and sells on at reduced cost. Like Kings he doesn't use email.. I send off the order QE2 R mail and he sends the seeds - I then send the cheque!!  ::)

Reason is - he is never able to tell me the cost of postage until he has posted the order. Trusting chap, eh  :) But it seems to work for him...

I know he has received the order when the seeds arrive....

Why not just go to your local garden centre and buy what you want off the shelf, so to speak? Support local businesses, people.
