spare rib chop - ideas please

i bought two large spare rib chop things cos they were stupidly reduced and thought i could do something with them - not sure what tho
Anyone got any ideas - not sweet and sour sauce thing please cos dont like that at all

was thinking about slow cooking them but what with

You could treat them like spare ribs.

I generally make my own sauce

dollop or two of ketchup
dollop or two of honey
a good slosh of worcester sauce
a pinch of chinese five spice
some grated garlic

cook them in the oven for an hour or so. Spare rib meat is my favourite tender and very tasty.

..then I tip the sauce over sweetcorn and jacket spuds. yum yum yum ;)

Years ago I did spare rib chops for a small dinner party.  My first!  cooked in stock and red wine, laying on a bed of mixed veg and sliced onions, covered in foil and slow cooked till lovely and tender, just a touch of whatever seasoning you like.  served with a green veg and creamed potatoes
