does any1 have a recipe for making horseraddish sauce??? and apart from salads wot else can you do with them??

Horseradish is not the same plant as radish though.

You can make pickles using ordinary radishes but I've never tried it.

Before pickling, check that ordinary radishes are suitable for that recipe since there are also winter radishes which will have higher dry-matter content.

i did'nt realise they were different. im growing normal radish and french dwarf radish, i just thought it was called horseradish as a selling name.
