Hello everyone,

Have I been to sleep for the last 8 weeks or has Wilcos forgot to hand out their Onions, Garlic and Potatoes this year.

???
Thanks

Way too early for their onion sets & spuds.

They won't be in until all the Christmas stuff's been cleared out.
Did it really tell you to do THAT on the packet?

I got mine from them last year at this time.  Didn't turn out too bad even though what they sold as ordinary onions turned out to be red ones!

You may have go some winter onions from them, but you certainly would not have got any spring planted ones or spuds.

Got my overwintering japanese onions from Wilkos about 6 weeks ago and they are already 6inches high - due to mild weather I assume. Also got all my flowering bulbs at the same time.
Next years onions and potatoes won't be on the shelf until the new yearI would guess

They were selling the overwintering onions and garlic 4-6 weeks ago.
Bought some onions but the garlic they had looked very small and if they produced a similar sized crop they wouldn't be worth it. So I decided against the garlic.

Unfortunately they have removed all their gardening stuff and replaced it with Christmas stuff.
