I didn't put sugar in mine, but then again I love the taste of vinegar.
 Pickeled beetroot on chips. ummm. :)
I may take my time.....but i'll get there in the end.

Most jars of pickled beetroot I will leave as the recipe suggests but others get things added. I have tried adding sprig or 2 of rosemary or even a whole chilli to a jar just create some variety.
