Bubbley eyes

I have a Sussex White who, in the morning when I go to let them out, has bubbles in the corner of her eyes. This is obviously bothering her as she will flick her head to clear her eyes. It doed not appear too bad during the day, I suspect she keeps them clear.  Any ideas of what it is and what I can do?  Thanks for any ideas, Bruce
