I've been speaking with a local farm about buying their second hand Wondermesh (Enviromesh) after they lift it off their fields this weekend.  It's been used to cover their swede crop but they are moving to a different width so selling off what they have.

It measures 13m x 100m and so far too much for us in our Walled Garden/Allotment, but... including VAT it come in at an amazing 20p per square metre. Would anyone be interested in splitting the booty? As an example a 13m x 10m length would cost £26 but you could have as much as you wanted.

I'm based South of Stonehaven near Laurencekirk and my OH works in BOD, Aberdeen so if you are within travelling distance of these places I'm sure we could work something out.

Thanks joyfull, that's when our oldest Shar Pei was a baby, he's a big boy now but just as lovely.

Anyone want to split this bargain - there's far too much for us.

I am thinking of ordering some of the cheap Wondermesh, but  I would need to cut it into strips. Did you buy some and cut it up? If so can you tell me how it went as I am concerned that cutting it will damage it so that itwon't last very long.

It's nearly 2 years since the original poster was online so I suspect you won't get an answer to your question.

However, I have previously cut enviromesh and although it has frayed a very little, generally it's been fine.
