Chicken is off colour advice ?

I have four chickens and one of them does not seem interested in eating and has lost a lot of weight.

She has also pulled or the others have pulled some feathers out round her neck.

I also notice a small amount of yellowish poo. Another chicen went like this and then two days later was fine again.

Any advice would be great

Is she showing any symptoms of anything, Bill?

She's not eating you said. How is her breathing, her eyes? How is her crop? How old is she and is she sitting hunched up/eyes closed?

If she's otherwise fine - is she being bullied (you mention signs, ie plucking) and if so, can she find another source of food?
If a hen is being bullied it's a good idea to give food in separate spots, so the bullied hen is still able to eat without beng chased off by the rest. If not she'll starve.

I get around this by scattering food, besides having a feeder. Others use multiple feeders.

If she's puling out feathers and off her food, have you checked for mites of some sort ?

I wonder if she's trying to rid herself. Never heard of neck feather plucing though. Obviously she'll need to be sorted quickly.
Is her crop normal or does is seem bloated, even first thing in the morning when they're let out ?
