 :lol: :lol: right here goes .

depending on how may ppl you are making it for just double everything  :D

for 1 person

1 apple  { peel chop up into cubes }
1 banana  { just slice into whatever size u want }
lots of small spuds { boil slighty first }
sultanas
quorn pieces { or meat if not a vege }
carrots
peas and pretty much any other veg u like
3 table spoons of brown sugar

mix it all in and boil for about 15 mins or until fruit an veg start going soft  then  mix cornpowder an curry powder  together with some water from the saucepan to the
strength u like , add this all in with the fruit etc an bring to the boil while stirring then leave to simmer for 20 - 30 mins .

How did we ever manage without freezers? It makes life so easy when you are in a hurry. I've just made mashed potato out of all the dodgy potatoes I lifted earlier and am freezing them in 2 portion boxes.

Shepherds pie is a doddle or fish pie or cheesy mash and beans and the other night I made fishcakes with salmon ready cooked in the freezer and readymade mash, OH impressed at homemade fishcakes after a busy day but it only took minutes to get them ready.

I'm looking forward to a batch of your curry when the weather cools down again :lol:
