Yes especially the water, the chicks will be ok without food for a couple of days or so, I also gave my broodies some corn just to keep her going (but not the chicks at this age). All of them will be fine with the chick crumbs.
Staffies are softer than you think.

I have given them some chick crumb inside which they all tucked into and some water in a ceramic bowl with something in it to stop the lil ones from falling in and drowning.
I had a look in nest and there are a fair few eggs still in there, one looked like it started to hatch but didnt look fully formed, is this normal?
I couldnt stop looking at them cheeping away, i just hope they are girls  :)
Have given Mum some greens outside of hutch which she has eaten.

Thanx joyfull for the quick advice x

Unfortunatly some will die getting out of their shells, some will have died before that stage and some may be infertile. With mine when mum was sure she got off the nest and then sat on the floor with the little ones, at this stage I removed the eggs and disposed of them, cleaned out the nest area and put diatom and fresh bedding in. Change the feed and water several times a day as the chicks will poop in them and paddle the mess all over. Congrats on becoming a chicken grannie

congrats, chicks do look strange when first hatching all wet and yuk but once they have dried off they look soo different, just let mum get on with them.  Like Joyfull says when mum leaves the nest to look after the chicks then remove the eggs. Just give her a chance to hatch more she knows what shes doing its natural instinst i love to watch a broody nothing like it. good luck I bet your kids are well happy.
