Following Vals Old English recipe, but with Cape (I think) Oranges instead of Seville. I also added a tablespoon and a half of grated ginger and, at the end, some armagnac...

It reduced down faster than I expected, I cut the rind too chunky and I managed to burn the bottom at the end, but it tastes marvellous and I got 4 jars out of it.

I'm loving this, but I'm running out of jars!

Well done you.....but what is Parliament sauce?

I can't believe how easy, but how much tastier...

Parliament sauce is one of the brown sauce recipes in Val's book - a variation on HP.
