Most of the blokes will know the daily agony of dragging blunt pieces of steel over our faces.
I've had sensitive skin for years and eventually settled on a combination of Blue II, Body Shop shaving cream and a Body Shop brush.
The cream ran out recently and I've been too "frugal" to buy any more. I also read that the cream doesn't do anything for the bristles itself, it just holds the water on them while you shave.
I've found that wetting my face liberally beforehand, leaving it a minute or two, and then continually splashing my face as I shave, gives a better result, with less irritation, in as short a time, and cheaper and less polluting, as using the shaving cream does. (You may want to read that sentence again).
I'd be interested in other people's experiences.
