Some of my celeriac is producing flower shoots otherwise it is very healthy looking. I keep it well fed and watered. Do I cut off these flower shoots or not?  Same goes for celery...do the flower shoots stay on? There aren't many and I do water them alot. On the same subject, my pak choi is also going to bolt. Should I just eat it...it's already quite a good size but has been munched by flea beetles! That's rather alot of ?'s, should keep you busy in the rainy periods.
The less time you have, the more becomes available.
