Broody Hen

My speckledy hybrid has just been broody - manage to stop her by isolating her in a rabbit hutch and not letting her back in the coop. She has stopped being broody but is now not laying - is this normal or is there anything I can do to get her laying again - unfortunately she was broody for about 3 weeks as I went away and couldn't organise alternative accommodation for her before I went.

Generally the time they've been broody x2 before they lay again

So your looking at 3 weeks from when she stopped sitting
