sweet chillies

hi everybody,
     just been to my greenhouse and picked my first sweet chillies
    can anybody give me some advice on how to freeze, dry and pickle them

Freeze them straight from the plant, just give them a quick wash then into the freezer, thats what I do with mine, when you want to use one all you need to do is run it under the hot water and its defrosted.

Agree with devondave above - i cut mine in half (lengthways) first and then stick them in the freezer in a resealable bag.
All these moments will be lost in time, like tears in rain.
